There are so many activities to choose from that now I have to look at the monthly schedule to see if Mom might be in her apartment before I call her on the phone. This was the BEST decision our 91 year old Mom could have made. She is physically stronger and having the time of her life!
Our family had an in person tour and it was a fabulous tour experience we absolutely loved it. All of our family that was able to tour really liked it and was very impressed. We thought the facility was tremendous. They looked like they have plenty of activities going on. The lady who took us on the tour was actually head of the dining hall and she really new her stuff. She new all the residents that walked past us, everyone new here and they all loved her.
My sister and I visited many assisted living communities in the York Area before we chose Keystone Villa at Fleetwood for our mother. It was the nicest and cleanest place by far. We both felt the community was absolutely beautiful and smelled wonderful. Our mother was very lonely and depressed after the death of our father. She was not eating very much and most of her friends were not able to get out anymore even to attend church. She has made many new friends. They have so many activities. She enjoys the musical performances and devotions and her exercise class. Mother often comments on how helpful all the staff are. My sister and I feel confident we made the right choice and feel assured our mother is in great hands.
Keystone Villa at Fleetwood is a great place for anyone who needs extra care. It’s a safe place and will give family a peace of mind that their loved one is being taken care of, so well, by friendly and great staff.
They have excellent shows and go beyond to please the residents. Every event I attended was very good.
My mom has recently moved into Keystone Villa at Fleetwood. The staff and the residents at Keystone are awesome. Lots of activities that the residents all love. If you are looking for a place to reside or have a family member looking for a place to reside Keystone Villa at Fleetwood is the best in Berks. Give them a call for a tour and you will definitely love it here too.
I love this place! Their staff was so nice to my family when we toured. All of the paperwork and medications were set in place before my mother moved into her apartment. Highly recommended!
Just having so many friends here and I feel very safe. Not having to cook and clean anymore, and that's wonderful. I love living here.
The time I needed help getting up after falling off the couch the staff was quick to assist me and made me feel comfortable quickly. And there was the time the housekeeping came in to clean my living room windows as soon as I reported it. What a staff wonderful to be able to get out and have so much to do with others.
It was my choice to live in a situation such as this. I wanted to be around people like minded. 5 Stars! The food is good, staff good. Everyone is so kind!
